I'm from out of town - first time using Flowers By Jeannie, and was deeply disappointed. My father's casket spray was dying before the wake - we had to ask the funeral director to call them to replace the calli lilies that were already dead. Jeannies chose to replace the flowers with artificial flowers without notifying us, and filled in using different flowers. The spray we purchased was supposed to be all calli lilies and greenery. They made no effort to reach out to us and are expecting full payment. I will never use this... read more

I attempted to place an order by phone and was spoken to very rudely, I said thank you and hung up. As a fellow business owner/ florist I was appalled by the inconsiderate words and tone of voice by Jeannie. If you are having a bad day, please do not treat your customers in a bad way. I then called and placed my order with another florist in Grand Rapids and was treated very kindly.

Recently attended the funeral of Nick Lindgren, and was extremely embarassed by your funeral work, I am a florist from the mpls area and could not believe some of the arrangements sent, especially a wreath, it was so poorly made it should have never left the shop..you have been in business many years and should be doing quality work, you know people are paying big money for these kinds of arrangements

I have never been disappointed whith any order i have placed with them .... they always have fresh flowers and plants and make some really pretty arrangments ..... the staff are always friendly and helpful .Great job !
