We recently lost a loved one. Most of the arrangements at the service were from Flowers by Gerard. They were stunning! But if that wasn't enough, there was one arrangement that our family could not identify the sender. So I called Jerry. He made the necessary phone calls and found out who the order was placed by and that it came from Washington State! Mystery solved. Now our family can properly thank the sender for remembering our loved one. Thank you for going above and beyond!
My aunt told me the flower arrangement designed and delivered to her by Flowers by Gerard for her 91st birthday included a large variety of flowers of various colors. She was amazed how all the pieces and colors came together to create a pleasantly distinctive and eye appealing floral product.
I had an issue with an arrangement I ordered, and Danielle provided exceptional customer service. She promptly sent additional flowers at no charge and arranged delivery the same day! It’s rare to find a business that stands behind its work with such kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this florist!
I ordered an 130 dollar arrangement and got a 50 dollar arrangement. I won’t be using them again!
