I highly recommend Flowers by Frances in Clearwater! I had family move to Clearwater and was on the hunt for a local florist in their area, as I am in Chicagoland. My first time calling I spoke with Mark and he was so sweet and helpful! Felt like I was talking to an old friend and he definitely understood the assignment of a beautiful arrangement. My second time I work with Belinda and she was just as delightful. Beautiful arrangements, friendly and fast service!
This place was so friendly, they laughed at my dumb joke and gave me a great deal on flowers, they were so professional looking! I'll be back here for sure!!
