Belinda was beyond helpful on valentine's day. Last minute my wife bet i couldn't get navy blue roses...I searched everywhere to no avail until calling Belinda. I had a dozen white roses and she was ready and able to paint them for me. At a great price too!!
I had such a wonderful experience here! I stopped in to get flowers for my mom, and she absolutely loved them. The owner took his time making sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me choose the perfect arrangement. It turned out gorgeous, even better than I imagined, and the price was very reasonable. You can really tell he cares about his work and his customers. I will definitely be coming back!
I can't say enough about this small local florist! Flowers by Frances was extremely helpful, worked within our budget and produced two STUNNING arrangements for my Dad's memorial service. I cannot THANK Belinda and Mark enough. I was so happy to have found this quaint, beautiful place with exceptionally kind and compassionate people. You will not be disappointed. 💖💖💖
Top notch florist. Friendly staff and flowers are fresh! Received Roses for Valentine's Day from competing florist and you could tell they were old! Give Flowers by Francis a try you will not be disappointed. And great prices 😉
We received a birthday bouquet for my wife's birthday . It was way beyond our expectations . The next day it got even better as the roses opened up even more .I would recommend Flowers by Frances to anyone in the Clearwater area . They are a small local business .
