I ordered a vase arrangement, to be delivered to a baby shower, boy was I disappointed! They asked what style of arrangement I wanted, I said a vase arrangement, with pink flowers, and maybe a little Baby's breath since it was for a baby shower. Light and airy is what I requested not the style where the flowers are crammed into a vase. This is a business that proves that exceptional customer service still exists. I ordered 2 large floral arrangements for my grandmother's funeral. I've had many bad experiences ordering flowers online before and I was very nervous as the order was short notice and a funeral is an important occasion.
