Received this beautiful arrangement from my niece. Lovely! The double roses and colors with winter greenery is just lovely!
This lady knows her stuff! She absolutely caters to the customer. I have tried other florists in the area for my family and they have fallen short, to say the least. This lady goes above and beyond, it seems, on every order. Our mother is very particular. She has never been disappointed by anything that arrived for her from Flowers By Diane. Please give this lady one opportunity and you will never be disappointed again!!
I’m not really sure how their product is because I never received it. I ordered and paid for an anniversary bouquet for my wife. I received a call from the designer telling me that they were waiting for a shipment of flowers and the delivery time might be a little later than I originally requested but not a problem at all. A few hours later, I got a text message (no call - no apology) saying my order was canceled. I was left scrambling for another option. Not a great impression. Diane was amazing during the whole process. I contacted her after another florist cancelled by email the day prior to the services and I could not of asked for a better blessing in disguise. I can not recommend or thank her enough.
I like to rely on the floral expert to visualize and create an arrangement based on colors and the goal of the arrangement. Diane did just that, by bringing a smile and sweet memories to a dear friend in mourning. Thank you Diane. #supportlocalbusiness always.
