My husband was out of state and was arriving before noon on Valentine's Day. He made arrangements a couple of weeks before Valentine's Day to have flowers delivered to my office before 2pm on V Day, I left work at 4pm. I received a call at 4:27pm from the office assistant stating flowers were delivered and if I wanted them to take and deliver to my house. Ordered Valentines flowers 2 weeks before Valentines Day. They assured me that my arrangement would be delivered between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. Today, Valentines Day, I called them at 3:30 to verify if the flowers had been delivered. Now, without any noticed, they tell me that the flowers will be delivered before 5:30. My wife gets off at 4:00 p.m and will not get to enjoy the arrangement I got for her because today is Friday. Terrible waste of time and money. Was trying to find a local store to support, ordered and received beautiful flowers for our Anniversary. Very pleased and will use again.
