This is my new go-to floral shop! They created a beautiful arrangement within my budget, and I couldn’t resist picking up one of their lovely peony candles too. Flowers By Bernard is a customer centered, dependable, and speedy florist. They are one of the few remaining fairly priced high quality florist on the island.
