I grew up in Mascoutah and have moved to California. I only use this florist to send flowers back home. They have never disappointed and even send me a photo of the arrangement. I highly recommend Flowers, Balloons Ect.

Placed a huge order through an online vendor and this florist was assigned to fill my order. My order was sub par...after going back and forth with the vendor and the florist. The vendor agreed to give this florist the opportunity to make it right, but the florist refused to make it right. They would much rather have a dissatisfied customer and provide sub-par service. My experience at flowers and balloons ect in mascoutah was awful. I did not get what I ordered and when I called about my concerns was told by the owner Brad well don't know what to tell ya, come get your money. REALLY this is your business, completely unacceptable. Then his wife calls and proceeds to yell at me that she's been doing this for yrs. And I can go somewhere else to get my flowers. Kathy and Bob Welker are VERY GOOD people whom I have known for over 10 years both professionally and personally. Last Friday was my 74th birthday and I received two beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers plus a large balloon bouquet that were created by Flowers, Balloons, Etcetera. Flowers and Balloons is a great store. They have a nice variety of flowers and gifts available. Their staff has always been friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. The flower arrangements are always designed beautifully and are reasonably priced. The owners have been in business over 25+ years and are a great asset to the community!

These are VERY BAD people. First of all, they literally stole my girlfriends flowers out of her house when she was not there when they promised to exchange them for the flowers that were advertised. After they opened the door and entered her home, leaving with the 'dead' flower arrangement, they went back to their business, called me, and said they werent going to return any flowers at all!
