I ordered and they never delivered but charged my card and haven’t responded to getting me a refund.
This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a florist. First, it’s valentines day and the delivery was made the next day. I tried to contact the florist for two days and there was no answer each time I left several voicemails and did not get a response. I order an arrangement for my sister's 70th Birthday and the travesty that was sent to her was unacceptable! It looked like a blindfolded 3rd grader put the arrangement together. for the amount of money i paid for , it looked like a dollar tree arrangement. Just awful and I will never use them again.
Like most of the other reviews, flowers were to be delivered on my birthday, they came the day after with no reason or apology. Looked nothing like the $100 arrangement in the picture online. The "card" is laughable. 8x10sheet of copy paper crudely folded with misspelling in the message.
By far the worst experience! FLOWERS SNATCHED OUT OF MY HANDS BY DELIVERY DRIVER AT WORK! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! They take all day to deliver. They delivered the wrong flowers at 3 pm. The company offered to deliver the new flowers on the next business day. (which was fine.) We were told to take the flowers home; complimentary of the business. The correct flowers were delivered the next day at 3pm.
