Awful customer service. I wish I could write a review with no stars. Rude and overpriced. Will never deal with this company again, and warn everyone else to avoid them. My order was not delivered and when I contacted the company, they hung up on my mid-sentence or did not answer the phone. I was both polite and passive, but the employees were rude and did not confirm delivery.
I ordered flowers from there for my sister-in-law while out of town. Whole transaction was over the phone and I must say that I was extremely happy. Person on the phone (forget her name, maybe Diana?) was very nice and professional. She processed the order very quickly and even sent me a receipt via email right away. What impressed me more was that when they tried to deliver the flowers they made 2 attempts before contacting me. The concierge at the desk wouldn't hold the flowers and my sister in-law wasn't home.
