I have used Flowers across Brisbane twice and have not been disappointed. The flowers have been exactly as described, the customer service has been excellent and I have been informed of all aspects of my deliveries. Their prices have been very competitive. Thank you for the wonderful service, will definitely use again.
Ordered a sympathy bouquet at 11.50am that was stated to be delivered at 5pm (left the warehouse at approximately 3.30pm). I watched the delivery time stretch out further and further, until the estimated time was 8pm, and they were eventually delivered at 7.30pm. I found it to be unacceptable that a newly widowed woman would be expected to answer her door after dark. They should make it known when ordering that the delivery service used is similar to Uber and have other customers and businesses they are delivery for at the s... read more
Flowers were lovely. Communication was fantastic to ensure options for a Unit delivery. Live Chat worked great and the team rang back as promised. Good Old Customer service is alive and well 👏
