Got a nice arrangement, paid extra for a morning delivery. Barely got there in time, 4 hrs after latest time paid for. Told i would be kept informed of status....got 1 notice that my order was being processed then zilch. Had to call 2 1/2 hours after noon to see if i needed to go anorher route as i was in the dark and it WAS her birthday and she didn't work all evening and it took about 15 minutes to even get any answers. But i will say the arrangement was very nice.
