I placed an order online, after closing hours. I also sent an email asking them to do a handwritten note instead of a printed message. They responded to my email first thing the next morning saying they would do this. I also received a text asking me to review the arrangement to accept or reject it. Super service. Plus, the arrangement looked great.
Happy with the florist, they worked with me.I would definitely order from them again.
