I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this florist on my wedding day. Despite placing my order more than 8 months in advance and paying in full, part of my order was not made on time. When my brothers arrived, they were told to wait around for the florist to arrive to assemble the flowers, which caused unnecessary stress and delays on such an important day. I stopped by last week to get a birthday arrangement for my mom and I was lucky to be helped by Cera, she was super kind, patient, and really listened to every little detail I wanted. I had a specific idea in mind and she totally nailed it! The bouquet she made was honestly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. My mom loved it just as much as I did! You can tell she has real talent and puts so much care into her work. I will definitely come back!
