If I could give a zero. I would! Lady in the front was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I assume she might be an owner by the way she bossed everyone around. Mind you She gave me a bad vibe when I first placed the order but when I went to pick it up and returned home. I noticed some stems were broken. I called immediately and she told me I can go back which was a 30 min drive or take a pic and go back another day because they close in 30 min. As a beginning “florist” this place was incredibly intimidating. There was no prices or labels to which freezers you could walk into. One employee was fairly rude about the way that I was holding some flowers I was purchasing. One gentleman was very helpful with helping me find what I needed though.
