how can anyone give this a 4.4 star rating. Totally unprofessional, let be honest here people. This is the experience I had from start to finish. I placed my order over the phone and was told my order would be delivered on Mother's day Sunday from 10am-12pm. It was 11:50am & I called just to get an update on the delivery & they told me there are no guarantees on delivery on Mother's day. My Husband & I ordered our wedding flowers from Kathy for October 1st, 2016. Kathy was extremely helpful and constantly kept in contact with any updates that we needed to know before the big day. Not only did our flowers turn out amazing, but the price was perfect for our budget. There were some issues with the flowers we wanted because of the season, but Kathy was quick to find a solution inorder for us to get what envisioned. Thank you again for everything, you were awesome to work with.

Ordered flowers for a friend and the card was signed "David". After speaking with Kathy she confirmed the mistake but refused to refund the order. Nobody named David ordered flowers that week and she apologized but refused to make it right because "the flowers were pretty". Agreed the flowers were pretty but when they come from the wrong person it ruins the whole experience. Don't order unless you don't care who gets credit for sending the flowers.
