Best local buisness! I worked for the Alpine Flowerland for three years and will only shop there for my gardening needs. In response to some of the less than positive reviews I have seen on this site I would like to say that: Yes, its sometimes dirty. They sell plants,bulbs, and fertilizer. Many of the lovely customers are coming in after gardening or purusing the selection of plants. The employees are very knowledgable and really willing to help you keep your plants healthy. coo Flowerland has an amazing selection of seeds and seed starting supplies for spring! I plan on coming back for flowers for my yard when the snow melts!
hmmm I didn't even know they were still open, if that tells you anything. They are dirty, but have a decent selection of ornament around Christmas for good prices. They used to have a program where if you bought a cut christmas tree from them, they would give you a live tree in the spring to plant.
Fruit Basket Flowerland is awful I always try to shop with locally owned businesses - but Fruit Basket has become the exception. Consistently rude salespeople and overpriced merchandise. No wonder their parking lots are nearly empty!
Fruit Basket Flowerland is the best plast to shop! Love it! The employees are so knowledgeable and helpfull. My Garden never looked so good...the store was clean and prices were very competative to the other area stores. The best part is they know what they are talking about. Lacking Quality for the price Last Spring I went to Flowerland for perrenials. Not only were they very picked over but the prices were quite high. I went elsewhere. This Fall I tried again because they had a sale on mums. I wanted a bunch of them, and again, I was disappointed in the quality. It was early in the season, but they seemed to be picked over already. Not sure that I will be back again.
Kathy back in tree and ground maintenance was an awesome help. Told her the issue with our fruit trees, without pictures or samples she was able to tell us exactly what to do. Thank you for the great experienced staff! Mulch you very much! �
