Never do business with Flowerland This company offered a floral arrangement on their website for $29.99, which I ordered for my mother's 70th birthday. They called me in the middle of the day on the day it was to be delivered and refused to place the order because it was not a $45 order, even though they offered the arrangement on their website and do not have a minimum order amount listed anywhere on the site. Don't Use! Rip off florist. A $100 funeral arrangement I ordered from out of state directly with the florist consisted of less than $20 average grocery store flowers in a cheap, white plastic container. When I called to express my disappointment after returning home from the funeral I was basically told "too bad" and that the container was worth $20!!! - something that probably cost them $1 or less. Terrible customer service, and I'm sure since they weren't expecting me to show up at a funeral several states away, didn't exp... read more
