Poor training leads to negative experiences for residents, and every issue I encountered could have been prevented. Being asked by Cindy, the rental agent, whether I understood how a transfer works—when she clearly did not know the process herself—was unprofessional and frustrating. They have roaches that’s you will have to exterminate yourself cause they spray and that doesn’t solve anything I had to get my own stuff to get rid of them. Also the property manager Laura is very rude and smart by the mouth. They discriminate against people of color. My nieces and nephews came to my house for not even a full 2 hours and at 5pm the police got called on them cause “it sound like someone was fighting” they then proceeded to put a notice on my door saying “they heard word their was fighting in my apartment and... read more
