Definitely the worst service I’ve had from a florist. I called to acquire some information and I was hung up on four times. So now they get to have a review written about my experience. I needed simple information about something and the woman answered the phone and was super rude to me several times. I highly recommend you search for an alternative even company for your floral needs because this was just absolutely embarrassing on their part. Best in the business !!!! The whole process was seemless and they were beyond accommodating from start to finish. Were so great at bringing my vision completely to life. We received many compliments on the venue displays and the bouquets. Kristina and team were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend them to anyone / everyone in need of flowers.
