Came in for my sister's wedding and stopped by the flower shop to buy some flowers for my sister as she is picking me up and the flower lady was supper helpful and amazing with her selection. Really appreciate what she did for me.
Went to buy flowers, the employee was super rude. As if I was disturbing her from doing something unnecessary. Such an arrogant woman and such a bad experience.
I can’t overstate how amazing Justine is! Such a nice and friendly person who does her best to make sure you’re as happy as possible with your flowers. She helped me get my wedding bouquet sorted out on super short notice, and handcrafted a beautiful bouquet when I went to pick up my husband from Pearson. She makes beautiful arrangements in record time, and always remembers me when I stop by, so it feels like seeing a friend every time. I don’t have a single complaint or negative word :)
Customer service folks are rude
OMG ! Terrible experience. The shopkeeper was extremely rude and displayed clear discrimination against Asians. I've never encountered such behavior in a flower shop. Avoid this place.
