Had roses to sent to my partner on our wedding day and paid for the box to be inscribed with the date. Roses came, lovely, box not inscribed. Emailed twice, said they'd be in touch, that was almost a week ago. Terrible service!!!
Very Disappointing. Was delivered flowers that clearly were not fresh in a different coloured pink box, not the one ordered. I ordered pink balloons and was delivered red balloons. A lot of money was paid as it was my mum's 99th birthday. Would not recommend this florist.
I recently received a flower delivery from a this florist for a photoshoot, but unfortunately, the arrangement was disappointing. The flowers arrived tightly closed and have not bloomed, looking nothing like what was advertised online. When I reached out to express my concerns, the florist was dismissive and unhelpful, even claiming “it’s your responsibility to order days before so it gives it time to bloom." Absolutely beautiful arrangements, highly recommend!❤️❤️
Ordered 12 roses after 2 days one is already drooping. Packaging of item was nice and delivery on time. However the roses are tiny and looked like they were purchased at a supermarket not fresh and of low quality given I paid nearly $150 for the complete item. But disappointed had high hopes because I saw their infinity rose range which I wanted to buy in the future but won't know.
