All these complaints I’ve read, Ha. Never had any problems with the turn out on their products, had two different flower arrangements sent to two different addresses and they both made it there, they are a nice and friendly establishment and are the only flower shop I use, if you get a rude attitude, it’s probably because you started it, keep up the good work Flowerama
They were kind and very helpful and their prices are reasonable. I don't know what anyone expects from a flower store that they would be rated so poorly.
If I could give"0" stars I would!!!! Was supposed to get flowers for Valentines from my husband....who never buys flowers because it's money wasted in my opinion...he received an email confirmation for the order (which he printed off on the day he ordered) but they were never delivered!!!! He showed me the confirmation and the email when we got home as proof because we laughed saying I would never believe he ordered flowers otherwise.
