I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for my Mother for Mother's day. I had accidently put the wrong date in. They were wonderful, and ended up calling to confirm and luckily caught it. They were quick to change the date and get the flowers to her on the day I actually wanted. She loved them and said they were absolutely beautiful. I am active duty military and am usually thousands of miles away from family and I've e used this company for years to send flowers and they have always been great. Thank you!
I went here to get a wrist corsage for me and my granddaughter for her dance. I was made to feel like I was intruding on them. There were several women working and nobody really wanted to assist me. I ended up leaving and going to another Flowerama that went above and beyond to help me. If you are on the East Side of Columbus, go to the other store north of them. I will never go here again or recommend this store.
