I just want to say how grateful I am for Sally and the rest of the Flowerama team. I made an appointment with another florist at a different shop for 5:15pm one evening in June (my wedding was in July), but that florist didn't show. My mother had come down from Fredericksburg that evening specifically for the appointment. bad. flowers were awful, didn't last more than a day. terrible customer service, nobody called back. charged more than what was supposed to be. just awful all around.

I would not recommend this shop. Flowers were ordered in-person ahead of time for pick-up at 8:30 on a Monday morning when the shop opens (as people have jobs and their own schedules they need to mind). Not only was the owner 30 minutes late to arriving for work and opening the shop, she also did not have the bouquet ready. Instead of owning up to her employees mistake, blame was placed on the customer? Information was missing on the order sheet - how is that the customers fault? A bogus website imitating a local florist. I ordered flowers for my sister to be delivered in person on her birthday and I get an UP.S tracking number. What's wrong with this picture? I didn't pay for the UPS guy to deliver her flowers 2 days after her birthday, I wanted them delivered in person on her birthday, I will never, ever use this company again. I wish I could have done zero stars.

Flowers were nothing, I repeat nothing like what was shown on their website. Ordered them for my wife and couldn't have been more disappointed.
