Drove 3.5 hours for warranty work; they disconnected my heat in the process of this work and/or making a long list of everything else they wanted to fix. Didn’t discover until 3.5 hrs away the next morning. Impossible to reach a human in the service department even when returning a call - voice mail only with no return calls. Explain to receptionist that you’ll hold for a human and you are STILL put right through to voice mail. Incredibly frustrating. First and last visit.
such nice people. we were on vacation and broke down. they had us on the road in 4 hrs.

Last week I had the tire pressure light on and just thought it was from the heat wave and thought the situation would fix itself. I drove from Denver to Montrose to go visit family. I saw this Subaru dealership and followed my ‘gut feeling’ to pull in and get my tires checked. My car stopped just in the right position for someone to see that I had a piece of metal in my tire!
