Really hate to do this after my wife wrote glowing reviews of the original Duluth location. But the travesty of a flower arrangement my mother-in-law received this weekend has convinced us not to go back. I don't know how we paid $100 to have delivered an arrangement that looks curated by a child. It's such a shame because they used to call us with any hiccups. I guess management has changed. It was a good run, Flower Story. See you in another life.

I placed an order in Florida for a delivery to be made in Ga. The order arrived a day late and not only was the design elementary, the flower were wilting and were delivered in very dirty water. I think the arrangement was left in a car overnight. DO NOT USE THE FLOWER STORY IN JOHNS CREEK GEORGIA!!!

They tell you to order online. So I ordered a special gift online for a birthday and to get well soon. I left all of my contact information. I was concerned when the flowers did not arrive to the intended recipient today. They did not call. They simply sent me an email saying hey thanks for your money. Will issue a refund in five days. Do not use this business whatsoever.

My flowers were delivered a day late. I received a notice they had been delivered on time which was false. It took 3 calls to get them and then the arrangement was 8 in tall - flower scraps without stems late on mother's day. Disgraceful!
