They tell you to order online. So I ordered a special gift online for a birthday and to get well soon. I left all of my contact information. I was concerned when the flowers did not arrive to the intended recipient today. They did not call. They simply sent me an email saying hey thanks for your money. Will issue a refund in five days. Do not use this business whatsoever.

My flowers were delivered a day late. I received a notice they had been delivered on time which was false. It took 3 calls to get them and then the arrangement was 8 in tall - flower scraps without stems late on mother's day. Disgraceful!

I would like to share my fantastic experience with Flower Story: I looked up flower delivery options near the area that my wife works with aspirations of having flowers delivered to her job on Valentine's Day.
