I recently purchased an online order with this company. Do not order from this company !!! HORRIBLE experience!!! I'm not local to this area. However, nothing was right. I never received a delivery confirmation that the flower was not taken to the location requested in the order. The family is now saying they never received the flower at all. Conveniently, now I can't get in touch with anyone from this company. Grade F for out of town services. I would never recommend this place ever!!!

The Flower Spot has just provided the flowers for our Mom’s funeral, the casket spray and big wreath from her grand children. They were beautiful and well priced. We will definitely be doing business with you and also telling friends about you. Thank you again, Melinda Switzer

The staff is always friendly, even when I call last minute. The flowers for school dances have been fabulous, the flower arrangements for family/friends for different occasions have been beautiful but my favorite is the spray that they recently made for my Daddy's casket. It was exactly what I wanted. Love the flower spot!

I ordered a spray for the funeral of my 101 year old grandmother through the Leon Randolph Funeral home website. It said everything would be delivered on time. To our shock, no flowers were present for her funeral. The third party, CFS, which handles the orders, never notified us. The manager at The Flower Spot was made aware of the situation on the date of the funeral. She never initiated contact to say anything at all.
