I have ordered flowers from the Flower Shop on 4th Avenue a few times. Each time the bouquets were gorgeous, and delivered on time. I just ordered two more bouquets from the Flower Shop on 4th Avenue and Pati outdid herself! The arrangements are beautiful, the flowers are fresh -- and there are several buds so the bouquets will last a long time. Needless to say, the recipients were delighted! Pati is a true artist!
Hello Tucson. If you are not making the flower ship on 4th Ave you go to place for memorable flower designs, you are missing out. Lovely arrangement at the right price and delivered on time.
Owner was wonderful to work with. We had some questions about delivery and she offered to deliver another bouquet free of charge to make sure they were received. Excellent customer service and beautiful flowers.
Update: I have emailed and spoken to the owner and she has reassured me she will refund my $. However, I still haven’t not received any refund to my account and continue to have to call and ask her to refund. I purchased these flowers over a month ago. Beyond disappointed!! I had paid extra for the “deluxe” flowers to be sent to my mom after her surgery. The flowers she received were squashed and wilted in spots. It looked like they threw together a bunch of scraps and placed them in a bouquet. It looked NOTHING like the picture they have on their webpage.
