The flowers I got are nice but, the young blonde girl working there needs to work on customer service. The was rude and seemed to be bothering her.
The customer service here is horrible. Lady was a witch! She was being a smart aleck, seemed like she didn’t want to help us at all, bad experience.
The staff at the Flower Patch are professional and they make sure that you are happy with your flowers. This is simply the best place to get flowers for any occasion. Their deliveries are always on time and their selection can't be beat!
Love the service I got From Lisa , very friendly and helpful getting and choosing my order . Definitely will come back to this location just for that great service from her .
Had a small misunderstanding with a flower that I needed , Lisa was able to fix the issue that day in a timely manner … and get the flower that I needed !! She handled the situation in a very patiently respectful manner awesome great work & great customer service ❤️!! Thank you, The bouquet was Beautiful ❤️
