Flower Outlet and Gifts may be a small shop, but it's overflowing with beauty--both in the flowers and in the people who work there. I've visited twice now, and each time I've had the pleasure of being helped by Cyrus, who is as kind and thoughtful as they come. On my first visit, I was with my two-year-old daughter, who was completely enchanted by the roses. While Cyrus crafted a stunning bouquet for us, my daughter chatted away about the flowers.
