Maria is just what I needed/was looking for. Having moved to KY over 3yrs ago I hadn't found a massage therapist that could tackle the issues I was dealing with. I have been here twice and both times have been very rewarding. The first time I went to Maria was mainly for stress relief and she was great. She took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle so that she could know how to help me the most. Her place is warm and welcoming and clean, as is she. Today I went again, on Day 5 of severe back/neck/shoulder pain and she worked wonders. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage for any reason, she is very skilled and very professional in her work.

I came to Maria with intense neck, shoulder, and back pain. I was impressed she was so thorough in analyzing my areas of need. It's amazing how she senses the spots where I hurt, and positions me to reach in between my vertebrae and bones to relieve the tightness. She seems to know the musculoskeletal system well and how to greatly relieve the tension. A massage used to be pampering for me. Now it is more of a necessity for pain and stress relief.
I'd had a migraine for two days and she got rid of it in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be back!
I went to Flower of Life looking for relief from my chronic neck and shoulder pain. Maria has helped me with that so much! She has also helped with my diet and energy level. She works to show me how my mind and body must work together. I always look forward to a session with Maria!
