Despite the time difference, they called later in the day to accommodate my schedule while I was on the other side of the country. They delivered the flowers within an hour for my wife's birthday, and she was thrilled. The staff member I spoke with was very polite, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. The most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen! It was absolutely stunning, with a perfect combination of orchids and roses. The flowers lasted almost three weeks, which was amazing. The florist was incredibly kind and took the time to ask thoughtful questions to make sure the arrangement was perfect for our special day. Her attention to detail and care truly made the experience memorable. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be back!
