Customer service will basically call you a liar, as their delivery team failed to get my address correct, they did not call my telephone to try and even attempt to locate me I had to call the flower shop to follow up with what is going on with my order just to get told the driver said that came and knocked on my door although I was sitting on the porch of my house. They did all the flowers for our wedding--the bridal bouquet, the corsages, the pins, and the ceremonial arch. They did a stunning job. I would recommend them over and over again.
