I loved the customer service here! I didn’t get a notification that my delivery was sent but I texted the owner & he promptly replied. The birthday flowers turned out gorgeous & at a great price too! Would definitely order from here again & support this local business. 2026 Edit- this is the only florist I go to. They’re wonderful and awesome. I love supporting local businesses in Calgary and the customer service never fails.
Flower House created the most amazing autumn themed bouquet for my wedding! Cheng was very responsive and easy to work with; I would recommend!

I ordered a bouquet that is designed by them. They sent me a picture of it and it is gorgeous! I love that a picture is sent, because I always want to see what the flowers look like, but it feels awkward to ask for a photo from the person that I’m sending it to. And look at it! This is the $75, no delivery fee. Great value and service!
My SIL orders me flowers from Flower House every year for my birthday. They are ALWAYS the most beautiful flowers and gorgeous arrangements. This year, I was not home for the delivery. Through the doorbell camera I asked the man delivering the flowers (Cheng) if he could leave them in the backyard and I would be home in a few hours. He did.
