We received a beautiful plant from my husband‘s work for the loss of a family member. It is a gorgeous and unique plant in a beautiful pot. Not knowing much about plants, I called and asked how to take care of it. Carly was able to look in their records to see what plant it was and give me instructions on what to do. She also told me if I had any issues with it that I could bring it in and have Paige “the plant doctor “ help me and also have it repotted if needed. I know nothing about plants. Everyone in the store was kind, took the time to explain and educate me on what would work best for my situation. They were all genuinely friendly. Very welcoming atmosphere. We picked out several plants and then several pots that complimented them. Then they arranged a custom mini pot of flowers for me on the spot. It was a ton of fun going in there and I'm so stoked Eagle has a business like this. Will recommend, will be back!
Nia went far above and beyond to make my husband a gift basket for veterans day. I live in Pueblo and my husband is working in Vail and they understood how important it was to get it perfect. I gave her creative freedom since I couldn't be there in person. Highly recommend this shop if you need a personal touch. Great communication and great service. Thank you ladies
