I ordered a dozen roses the other day from there. They made a mistake, you called them back. They are very rude. They do not fix their mistakes. I do not recommend them to anybody very, very unprofessional.
The floral arrangement I ordered for my brother's funeral were breathtaking. They looked better than the photo I selected. My other siblings recognized them immediately. They were delivered on time as promised. After the service, they were laid on the roof of the Hearse and driven over 3 miles to the cemetery. They still looked beautiful standing in the mausoleum. I am so happy I found Flowers by Renee.
