I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, but they aren’t open on Sundays so I had them delivered on Saturday. They have a section for notes for the delivery driver. I left a note to contact the number on the order before delivery. I live with my mother and did not want her to answer the door, so I could hide the flowers until Mother’s Day. They did not follow the instructions and the surprise was ruined. Worst florist ever, ordered on line got a confirmation that the order was placed tried calling thur out the day no answer finally reached them after I sent and email and she said she never got my order, refunded my money at 530 pm. The flowers were for a birthday I would highly recommend not using the florist, it doesn’t even deserve one star
