We had an issue with a Valentine’s bouquet and the owner made sure to reach out personally and fix the issue. She also sent this beautiful orchid to us. Thank you Flower Franch.
A very special person's birthday was coming up and since I haven't bought flowers in years, I was going to need help with ideas. I talked to the owner who provided me with some great suggestions. On the delivery day, the owner took several pictures of the floral arrangement and sent them to me, let me know that they were about to be delivered and confirmed that the arrangement was dropped off. The birthday gal absolutely loved them. I highly recommend Flower Franch for any floral arrangements.
$300 for a Valentine’s arrangement that had only 8 roses and all greenery. It was a basic and unimaginative arrangement that would have cost $30 at city market. There was also a cheap teddy bear left in a plastic bag that said “made in China” across the front. And looks like the owner has now accused me of lying (below). The order receipt is now added to the review. We did call and ask for a refund or a different arrangement. I would be happy to take the review down or amend it if the issue is resolved.
