After ordering and paying for an expensive window box I read some of the reviews. It appears the company is being unresponsive to me. I have called several times, left messages and had no call back. Also, I do not understand why a business does not answer calls from customers and relies on an answering machine instead. I already regret my purchase.
I ordered in August 2023 and now in late November I still don’t have my order. I’ve left several voicemails and sent emails with no response. My order was prepaid with delivery fees so now I’m relegated to filing a PayPal dispute to get refunded.

Order placed 8/7/23. No shipping info. No response from customer service after several voicemails and texts. Still no item received.
I bought my window box from Flower Framers (used to be called Flower Framers by Jay) 20 years ago in 2000. I have been using in and enjoying it for 20 seasons now. It still looks new. No yellowing, no weakening. I've even run drip irrigation through it. It was an investment at the time as there were "cheaper" ways to create a window box but I'm glad I bought mine from Flower Framers. I do recommend taking the box off the wall once per year and pressure washing behind it. Otherwise, maintenance free!
