Flower Finesse won over my business, 100%! Anytime I need flowers ordered/delivered in SCV… they will be receiving my order. They were quick and the flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS! I even asked that a picture be text to me prior to delivering them to my recipient. Lena did just that and we had a lovely conversation. Her level of customer service was exceptional!! A+ all the way!
I live in Arizona. My daughter lives Santa Clarita California.. I always have flowers sent to her from Flower Finesse.. great costomer service, very polite, always deliver on time.. I enjoy the fact that whenever I call, say my name (Herb) , they always remember me. They have my daughter address on file.. ( For A++ service, always call Flower Finesse directly, DO NOT CALL THIRD PARTY 800 number)because they may not provide Flower Finesse with accurate details of your order)
Flowers were beautiful and nicely arrayed...BUT, they were delivered, and left on the door step without knocking or ringing the bell and stayed out overnight!
So I did an order for white peonies bridal bouquet and bouteneirre and I did the order like two days before the wedding due to me being sick from pregnancy… and the lady I talked to was absolutely amazing polite and professional! I can’t tell you enough how great of a job they did! The bouquet was exactly if not MORE beautiful than in my picture I had given to them as a reference.
