Everything was Exceptional! The customer service was Amazing! The flowers Were So Beautiful! I can’t Thank them enough for the love they put into making the flower arrangement, it made my mom so happy 😃 Everyone complimented them. This is by Far the Best Florist I’ve Ever used. They’re a Gem! If you never used them it’s a Must! You won’t be disappointed.
Ordered Corsage with white and pink roses 10 days in advance. When I arrived for pick up the roses were yellow not pink or white that I requested. When I asked why the roses were not pink, one of the ladies told me because no one in the area has pink roses in stock . Not true!! When I asked why the roses were yellow? The lady tried to convince me the roses were white!! I will never order from this place again they are not honest and do not know what they are doing!!!
1 Star is to much for the worst customer service 😒 provided. I was referred to this florist by my friend that lives right in Norridge and raves about the best flowers 💐. I added my order online no conformation was sent only saying thanks for signing up as VIP, concerned I called and over heard 2 ladies making comments that I don't know how to use a computer. Nope ladies an order was placed my concern is I placed order to you paying for a service without proper confirmation. Maybe you need to work on getting that figured ou... read more
