Great experience! Ordered the hand tied bouquet (petite posy/pretty pastels) and loved the job they did. I especially appreciated a more affordable option for bouquets which I struggled to find at other Vancouver florists. Delivery was on time and when I called to double-check something, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Have found my new go-to florist!
Nice assortment of plants that are well organized. However when I first came into the store, about 3-4 staff were present and chatting. I loudly said "hello" and the bell chimed as I entered. No one stops the conversation to greet me. I mentioned this to a friend and they said the exact same thing happened to them a few weeks ago! This small effort makes a big difference and deterred me from staying for long.
One of the best florist shops with amazing varieties of flowers available in Vancouver. Prices are really fair and the staff are so friendly. You will always find some unique cut flowers to add to your home + what they carry changes regularly which keeps it exciting .
My daughter gifted me this amazing bouquet for my arrival home from a trip/valentines day. She said the service was fabulous and attentive. We are spreading the word that this IS the place to go for every occasion, big and small! Keep up the good work
They really over delivered on the customer service and beautiful bouquets I got one medium bouquet and one small vase arrangement. They were both extremely generous in size and variation. Website says 2 days but if you call them directly, they can have it done when you need it! (Within reason, im sure).
