Picked up a bouquet on behalf of someone as a retirement gift for our landlord and it was a great experience. The flowers were fresh and vibrant and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also have a nice selection of chocolate bars that is worth checking out. Parking can be a bit challenging during rush hour though!

Great selection of dried flowers and leaves. One the ladies working there helped me pick leaves that would go well with my small wall planters.

We used Flower Factory for our wedding florals and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Gloria is kind, honest and easy to work with. The flowers looked gorgeous and exactly matched the photos I had on my inspiration boards. It was also great to have the option to rent vases through them so we didn’t have to worry about it. The price was very reasonable for what we got as well. Highly recommend using Flower Factory for your wedding or event florals!

I placed an order and clearly mentioned that I wanted only the flowers I personally selected, without any extra additions or decorations. Unfortunately, the final result was not really to my taste and did not fully match what I had asked for. I understand that florists and designers may want to add their own creative touch, but sometimes customers simply want exactly what they requested.
