We chose Flower Factory for our wedding to support local businesses, and Gloria and her team really delivered!! Gloria worked with me to achieve the vision despite not providing her with much guidance and within a relatively moderate budget. The flowers were fresh, colour scheme was on-point, and the set-up at our venue was beautiful. She was so kind and provided us with rentals and even upsized our flowers. Thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect!
I definitely want to go back here if I have any special occasions to buy a bulk of flowers!! The service here is excellent, and everyone is welcome. They are also very helpful when you have any concerns. I forgot the names, but one Indian and one Vietnamese woman worker also helped me pick flowers and answered a bunch of questions when I shopped there. Heard a lot about this place and wanted to give it a try. The flowers were delivered stale as you can see the rose petals on the bouquet. This picture was taken 5 mins after their delivery. Upon following up with the complaint, they requested they would replace it if I CAN DROP THEM AT THEIR SHOP. this review is to remind them of listening to customers and when its a delivery order, you pick it up and replace with fresh flowers for which you are charging $85 a bouquet.
