Updated Review: I contacted the Flower District about the issue, and they made it right by remaking the arrangement. The new arrangement was fabulous. I am pleased with their responsiveness. I understand that when you purchase flowers the arrangement isn’t going to be an exact match for what is shown on the website. I am very disappointed with the flower arrangement I purchased for my mother’s 82nd birthday (3/8/26). I chose the “Wooden Spring Flower Box” for $150. What was delivered hardly approximated the picture shown on the website. It was full of dark plum flowers, eucalyptus branches, and randomly placed sticks. The spring flowers that were used were not fresh and began to wilt within a day alongside the roses whose petals were curled.
I received the most stunning flower arrangement today — truly the most beautiful I’ve ever been sent. It was a gift from work, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Not only do the flowers look incredible, but the fragrance has filled my home since they arrived. ( I think its fennel?) Thank you Flower District for creating something so unique and special. An amazing experience! - You're now at the top of our preferred vendor list!
