No update on order, paid for “guaranteed” morning but wasn’t delivered. Still waiting for an update - phone goes to voicemail and email is generic from a virtual assistant.

I ordered flowers for my son’s partner and didn’t notice that the shop app automatically put my own address in. It was my fault and I quickly sent a message to the driver, Edwin, to let him know before he ended up driving all the way from the inner west to the northern beaches. Unfortunately he missed the message and only saw it when he had arrived at my house hours later.
