Fig and Bloom were amazing. The quality of the flowers and the way they were arranged and presented outstanding. I'll definitely use them again. They were for my daughter's birthday and she actually shed a tear when she received them.
Paid for a service that did not deliver.. literally, didn't deliver! Won't refund, as noone responds. AI responded with no outcome? So, money in the bin. Order elsewhere! 2 days later.. received a email with a sincere apology and redelivery of a fresh bouquet. So I gave them the chance...They were delivered in the end. But they were definately not a fresh bouquet, as they were dead on arrival. Should have accepted the refund.
Beautiful flowers, great service, and they send you a picture of the bouquet before the send it out which is amazing x
After seeing a Fig & Bloom Instagram ad showing a very large Osaka bouquet priced at $139, I ordered the same arrangement and upsized when prompted on their website to the $255 “Extra Large” option, as this was for my wife’s birthday. I reasonably expected a significantly larger bouquet. What arrived was dramatically smaller than the bouquet advertised at $139, with fewer feature flowers, around only half the size of what was shown in their own marketing? The size of the arrangement was not Extra Large it was a normal to small size arrangement, additionally the flowers were not particularly fresh and have perished rapidly. To spend almost $300 for a small bunch is extremely disappointing. Additionally, I provided feedback at their request and rather than reach out directly they posted an empathetic response and provided an email address for me to follow up. I suggest you choose another commoditised florist.
