Honestly, mixed review. The ease of the website and ability to deliver same day, great. Delivery driver, great (had a mid-delivery change he kindly helped with). The actual flowers, disappointed. The bundle I received was smaller and less impressive than the picture which simply had more flowers and and greenery (I ordered the Saviore). I ended up buying additional flowers to supplement before I gifted.
I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday days before her birthday. The delivery window given was between 2.30pm and 6 pm. The flowers didn’t head out for delivery till almost 4pm and they were finally delivered at 8.37pm!!! The delivery was left at the door and I had to call to make sure someone went and checked the door step as the door bell wasn’t rung at all. Pretty disappointing service considering the cost. Wish I’d read past reviews that also said delivery wasn’t great!
Flowers got delivered on the same day, recipient was very happy with the flowers.
‘The most beautiful bunch of flowers ever’ was the comment from the recipients. Fig and Bloom delivered SUCH a beautiful and unusual bunch of flowers. So unique and a dream to deal with
