Ordered online, easy process, great choices and process. It was received very well and thoroughly appreciated. Wonderful service, great communication and care in the process. I loved receiving the email/text during the process, the photos and POD with the photo. Have been looking for a florist with quality service like Fig & Bloom for a long time. So so glad I finally found one. Highly recommend this great team !
I am pretty disappointed. My address appeared on the order instead of the delivery address I inserted. To the company's credit they rang and asked if this was correct. I corrected the address on the order and told the customer service person the correct address also. The flowers were then delivered to me after all. No help whatso ever after that.
