Very disappointing experience. The flowers arrived looking far from fresh — the roses were wilted, fully open, and some were already drooping. I called immediately and was asked to email photos, which I did. Despite the clear evidence, their response was simply that the flowers had been sent fresh. I expected much better quality and customer service. -Brisbane-
very disappointed with this company. if you want flowers delivered on a specific day then avoid this company at all cost. my husband ordered a bouquet on Wednesday, 22nd of Jul for delivery on my birthday on Thursday, 23rd. Today is already Saturday, 25th and still no flower in sight. He has since sent a query via online contact form and still no response from anyone in the team. Awful customer service for a very important occasion. Go find a local florist that you trust because at least they communicate. Tried calling multiple times and not until I mentioned that I would contact the bank they then returned my email. Very disappointed. Trusting local businesses. Not this one.
gorgeous flowers which were beautifully presented and delivered on time. Highly recommend.
AVOID. Choose another florist. Ordered a bouquet ($200, mind you) of flowers for my wife's birthday. Put the order in FIVE days in advance and am now told they won't be delivered until the day after her birthday. Terrible customer service - can't reach anyone by phone, have to email an AI chat bot and hope it escalates to a human. Would give zero stars if I could
