I ordered some flowers Friday morning which were due to be delivered at my friend's memorial. At 1.17pm, I received an email to state that the flowers were on their way. A couple of hours later however, the flowers hadn't been delivered. I tried calling the office at around 3ish but it was apparently outside of their business hours. At 6.12pm, I received a call from the delivery driver to say that she was on her way. Ordered a bouquet that was $200+ and paid the additional fee for morning delivery (it was my primary reason for choosing Fig & Bloom). The team wrote later to say they are trying a new system and can't deliver in the morning, it was too late to change my order. This was for a very special occasion, I needed the flowers to arrive before my friend left for lunch, which is why I paid for the timed delivery. For the past 2 years i’ve ordered flowers for my mom for mother’s day and every time it has been amazing and beautifully put together. I live in Canada so it’s hard for me to give her a gift and Fig and Bloom always make it special :)
