Easy to use website with lots of variety to find what I wanted and I think well priced. There was a mistake where the candle wasn't included with the floral arrangement, but the team were very quick to rectify with no issue which I appreciate. The recipient loved the flowers.
Wonderful service — highly recommend. The experience from start to finish was excellent, and I especially loved the personalised touch of receiving a photo of the actual flowers as they were being couriered to their destination. Such a thoughtful detail and fantastic service overall. I will choose Fig & Bloom again.
Easy to use website. I was able to order a lovely bouquet from the UK. I loved that a photo was sent showing you the finished arrangement. It was delivered on the date I asked for. Would definitely order flowers from again.

Ordered a bouquet that was $200+ and paid the additional fee for morning delivery (it was my primary reason for choosing Fig & Bloom). The team wrote later to say they are trying a new system and can't deliver in the morning, it was too late to change my order. This was for a very special occasion, I needed the flowers to arrive before my friend left for lunch, which is why I paid for the timed delivery.
