Last Friday 27th February when I was sent a confirmation email that the gift of flowers I was sending to a dear girlfriend for her birthday, was actually being delivered to my address! Cue panic. An absolute dream to work with Mel and the team, flowers were stunning and actually looked like what I ordered online, I even got a photo of them before they went to the recipient who absolutely LOVED them. 10 out of 10!!

First negative review ever. I'm embarrassed as flowers are supposed to say how much you care and for this bunch I sent it seems I don't care very much. Before posting this I reached out to customer service and got the ol' seasonal availability line, which I understand, but it didn't address my direct question of why there was one less snapdragon, one less spray of baby's breath, no chrysanthemum and a very cheap looking cypress instead of the eucalyptus, which is a standard and should be available all year round.
