The bouquet was delivered on time, but there were fewer and smaller flowers compared to the advertisement. It felt mostly filled with leaves and such, which was a huge disappointment considering how much I paid for it. My mom liked it though and said the delivery people were very nice.

I called in last minute needing an arrangement for a friend. I spoke with Melissa, who was very kind, courteous and answered all questions. I was then headed to pick up my arrangement within the hour. Kudos Flower Craft and Melissa for your exceptional customer service:)

I recommend them because when you call them up and tell them what kind of flowers you want for your bouquet and boutonniere. They ordered them and organized them to make the bouquet And boutonniere look amazing for my daughter‘s wedding. Thanks again!!

I've ordered flowers twice from Flower Craft. I have been more than happy with both arrangements. The owner, Melissa, is the sweetest and so friendly. She has taken my ideas and budget and created exactly what I had hoped she would. Highly recommend and will for sure be using in the future.
