I hate to leave a negative review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I ordered flowers for my grandmother’s funeral, which was a graveside service. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday for the service on Saturday, but they were never delivered. This was an incredibly important and emotional moment for our family, and not having the flowers there—especially the ones meant for the top of the casket and the cross arrangement placed beside it—was deeply upsetting.
