Flower City Tree service guys did a great job and cutting down a tree for me and trimming back others surrounding my home. Jake, Spencer, and Nate were very personal when it came to my needs and my property. They made sure that everything was protected and they informed me of each decision that they were about to make before they did it. From first contact with Julie who texted back and forth with me on Labor Day, to completion of what we saw as a huge job removing three large old trees that fell in a freak five-minute windstorm, we have been truly delighted. Called in late July 2020 (I think 7/28) and left a message to schedule an estimate for work to be done. Received a call back saying someone would be out in 7-10 days. Didn’t hear back after 14 days, so called and left another message. Received a text message from Julie two days later on 8/16 (Sunday) saying they would be caught up on estimates by Friday 8/21. Jason- That is completely fine if you would like to look around, we understand that. We have, as well as other tree companies had very high call volumes. As explained on the phone the best time to do trimming is in the winter- are call volume is staying high so we are doing our best to weed through. You let us know you were not interested anymore so we had removed you from our list. Best of luck to you

We had a beast of a job and Andrew and his crew were unbelievable. I am still amazed at what they did. They have the best equipment around to get the job done.
I got the feeling they think they are better then you. They talk down to you and are very rude. It was ok for someone else to do something but the min I did they blow up and got in my face... I wouldn’t recommend them.. I asked for my job back and asked for another chance to show them and they said no. I asked the boss to think about it over the weekend and let me know today. I asked him and he won’t even respond to me. That goes to show they think they are better than you.
