Usually very happy with their work and am a regular customer. Today- I Called in advance - offered 3 days I could come Was told they could take me today at 1 pm ( 45 min after I called.) Hannah does a great job with my uv gel nails and fills
This is the best nail salon in Monroe county!! All their associates do an amazing job. They do their services correctly, not just as fast as they can. Each nail service also comes with a mini shoulder massage which is a wonderful touch. Also it’s so clean! I’ve been happy with all my gel manicures and pedicures since my first visit. I’m always excited to go in and be pampered.
I have gone to flower city twice now my first experience was great I loved the nails and the design I chose came out so well. Today however I have to say I’m very disappointed, I showed the design I was interested in before we even began and was told it could be done. The base coats and colors were complete, the nails tech then said time for top coat I stopped her and said the designs first.
