Rude workers, they said they didn’t have time for a gel manicure at 6 when they close at 7:30. They were all laughing on the phone and being rude when i called, I don’t know why i tried to go back as last time was a train wreck too, Lady kept leaving me to talk on the phone and go organize nail polishes while i was under the light for 30 MINUTES. Asked for a cut down and French tip. Lady was very rude and seem like she did not want be bothered and got upset about the shape & design I wanted. She was very rough with my hands. I changed my mind & just decided to do a cut down, paid then walked out. As a lady who owns a salon I would not recommended customer service is terrible. I would never treat clients as disrespectful.

Horrible am from new york city I don't get Artificials nails just a regular Manicure and pedicure no polish on my nails he just soak in water he didn't cut them and told me it will 40 Dollars more for cau removal they charge me 58

I spent 80$ this morning and my pointer finger is crooked....she asked me what length nail and then she continued to file them all again and again after and now they are short, crooked and the square shape is not how it should be ....I haven't got my nails done in over a year bc of my kids and I honestly cried after bc I was so upset with how they turned out....she was very good with my children that came in with me and very nice....but unfortunately I'm so heartbroken over my nails
